History

Originally, l’Écailler Restaurant Chez Crommen was an essential establishment of Liège and has been so since the 1950s. Taken over and completely renovated in 2005, the restaurant is now called “Brasserie Liégeoise”. The surroundings have been renovated and the elegant, yet cosy, atmosphere of the place can now be enjoyed by everyone. Our menu is filled with traditional dishes and features the greatest, such as meatballs, kidney or the café à la Liégeoise. You can enjoy our salads and pasta, gilled food, cutlets, raclette, Savoyard dishes and tabletop barbecues in season. So, people come for our famous Savoyard cheese fondues, traditional raclettes, tabletop barbecues (with quality meat).
